Auxiliary Unit 170


American Legion Auxiliary Unit 170 was re-chartered in March 2005. There are presently over 60 members. The Auxiliary meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:45pm at the Wet Mountain Valley Saddle Club. Prior to the meeting, the Auxiliary serves a 'Simple Supper' for all Legion members and guests from 5:30-6:30pm. The proceeds of the 'Simple Supper' go to the Benevolent Fund and donations to Fisher House. Auxiliary members are wives, mothers, daughters, granddaughters and sisters of veterans that are or would be eligible to be in The American Legion.

15. Participate in Community and 4th of July Parades
16. Vets go to School Program
17. Honor Guard: Brinder Bradberry, Jean Gillmore, Suzanne Lacy, Joy Lowe and Lauri Madler.

Mission Statement: The mission of The American Legion Auxiliary is to serve veterans, their families and their communities.
